About PathStone Foundation
The primary mission of the PathStone Foundation is to raise funds to support the activities and mission of PathStone Corporation, a visionary, diverse organization empowering individuals, families and communities to attain economic and social resources for building better lives since 1969.
To accomplish this responsibility the PathStone Foundation will:
- establish mutually meaningful relationships and solicit donations from individuals, business leaders, other foundations, and community partners;
- preserve and promote significant accomplishments achieved by PathStone throughout the last 50 years;
- advance initiatives designed to confront and redress the systemic and pervasive causes of poverty;
- encourage donors to actively participate in the success of the foundation.
The foundation, a 501(c)(3) charitable purposes organization, is governed by a Board of Directors appointed by the Board of Directors of PathStone Corporation.
