Organized in 1969, PathStone Corporation was born in the midst of the nation’s civil rights and antipoverty movement. For 50 years, PathStone has LIVED its mission through the operation of quality services designed to create hope and opportunities for low-income individuals and families. By providing access to safe, healthy affordable homes, quality employment, education and health services; and loans to emerging business owners. PathStone is an experienced, trustworthy, community-based antipoverty organization driven by our entrepreneurial commitment to make a significant impact on the lives of those we serve.

About PathStone Foundation

The primary mission of the PathStone Foundation is to raise funds to support the activities and mission of PathStone Corporation, a visionary, diverse organization empowering individuals, families and communities to attain economic and social resources for building better lives since 1969.

To accomplish this responsibility the PathStone Foundation will:

  • establish mutually meaningful relationships and solicit donations from individuals, business leaders, other foundations, and community partners;
  • preserve and promote significant accomplishments achieved by PathStone throughout the last 50 years;
  • advance initiatives designed to confront and redress the systemic and pervasive causes of poverty;
  • encourage donors to actively participate in the success of the foundation.

The foundation, a 501(c)(3) charitable purposes organization, is governed by a Board of Directors appointed by the Board of Directors of PathStone Corporation.
